Abstract

The panel analyses different aspects of political systems, including political parties, voting behaviour, media, civil society, and public opinion. The papers contribute to understanding the complex political dynamics in the region while offering a comparative perspective or insights into how domestic politics impact foreign policies and international politics. The panel provides new insights into the challenges and opportunities that countries in Central and Eastern Europe face in consolidating democratic governance, responding to social and economic pressures, and navigating international relations in a rapidly changing global context.
