Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the functioning of contemporary democracies. This panel takes stock of the impact of Covid-19 responses and vaccine policies on levels of political trust, partisanship and levels of political polarisation. Closer attention is also paid to the impact of Covid-19 on the organisation and postponement of elections.
