Is your institution an ECPR member? Check here to find out. If it is, make sure you select the correct institution from the drop-down list in your My ECPR profile to receive the discounted member-rate fees. 

Discounts and offers

If you have attended our Virtual Summer School in 2022 or Winter School in 2023, you're eligible for a £45 loyalty discount on your course fees.

Multi-buy discount: If you are registering for more than one course at this Virtual Summer School, you are eligible for a 5% discount on any additional course purchased.

Registration

  • Your registration acknowledgement will be sent by email to the address in your My ECPR profile. 
  • Once registered, you cannot make any registration or invoice changes yourself.
  • If you need to make any changes once registered, get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist.

Payment

  • Your space is not secured until your registration is paid in full.
  • Payment is due immediately upon registration.
  • In circumstances where demand for a course is insufficient or exceeds the available capacity, your registration may be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

Fully booked courses

  • If the course you would like to attend is fully booked, this will be indicated in the course list and you will be unable to add it to your basket.
  • We may offer a repeat for fully booked courses, subject to demand.

You can take up to six courses at the Summer School – a maximum of two courses in each week [*].
