2018 Winter School in Methods and Techniques, 2 – 9 March

This year's Winter School takes place at Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences

It offers cutting-edge courses in qualitative and quantitative methodological topics, giving you the skills you need to kickstart your career.

All our courses are delivered by experienced instructors and supported by dedicated teaching assistants.

The event's exciting plenary programme allows all-important networking, and puts you in touch with people who share your research interests.

New for 2018 are courses in Discourse Network Analysis, Maximum Likelihood Estimation, and Event History and Survival Analysis, along with Master-level courses in Qualitative InterviewingProcess Tracing Methods and Advanced Multi-Method Research.

Courses that sold out quickly last year include Introduction to R (entry) and Introduction to R (intermediate); Automated Web Data Collection with R and Multilevel Regression Modelling. If you are considering any of these, you'd be wise to book as soon as possible!

The Winter School complements its sister event, our Summer School in Methods and Techniques.
